Shipping policy
We offer worldwide shipping through our two fulfillment centers:
- New York Warehouse (USA) — Ships orders to North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico).
- Yiwu Warehouse (China) — Ships orders to all other countries and regions worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times
Specific shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination address. Delivery times are counted from the dispatch date, not the order date.
Please note that delivery estimates are guidelines only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Rates are fixed for our small jewelry items.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes (such as GST, VAT, or consumption tax), and clearance fees that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or force majeure events.
