What kind of cord do you use?
We mainly use Nylon Braided Cord, Waxed Nylon Cord, Hand-twisted Cotton Cord, and Stranded Cord.
Different styles may use different materials — feel free to ask about a specific piece!
How do I choose the right bracelet size?
Most of our bracelets are adjustable. If you need a specific size, please leave your wrist measurement and we’ll help you.

What tools do I need to prepare for a HalocordStudio DIY Kit?
Most of the materials are included in the HalocordStudio DIY Kit. You will need to prepare the following common tools yourself:
- Sharp scissors
- Ruler or measuring tape
- Lighter (for sealing the ends of the cord)
- Clipboard, tape, or a sturdy surface to secure your work
- Optional: comb, tweezers, or a needle for tightening knots
These basic tools will help you complete the bracelet smoothly.
Is the DIY process simple for beginners?
It's simple, but intentional. Our complete step-by-step tutorials help you find your rhythm quickly. Like all handcrafts, it takes a little patience to master.

Orders & Payment
How do I place my order?
Simply choose your style on the product page then click the "Add To Cart" button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We'll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal — whichever feels easiest for you.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
For most orders, no. Prices are listed in USD, and no additional customs fees apply to most orders. However, local authorities may apply taxes or service charges on some orders — these remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund only before it has been shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the courier / shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Address changes: We can update your shipping address free of charge before the order ships. After the order has been shipped, we will try to request a redirection with the courier, but we cannot guarantee success and additional fees may apply.
Order modifications (items / quantity): Changes to items or quantity can only be made before the order is processed/shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
How to request a change/cancellation？

What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 30 business days (international), please contact us at hello@halocordstudio.com, we are happy to assist.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet — Currently we ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. Focusing on these regions lets us keep delivery stable and our pricing transparent during our start-up phase.
How much is shipping?
The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page. Free tracked shipping: $60+ to US, Japan & Korea · $80+ to all other regions.
Where do you ship from?
Shipped from the United States to the North American market, and from China to other markets.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). U.S domestic orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. For international orders, transit will take an additional 1 to 3 weeks.
