We operate two fulfillment centers to provide efficient delivery:
- New York Warehouse (USA) — Ships orders to North America (United States, Canada, and Mexico)
- Yiwu Warehouse (China) — Ships orders to Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated Delivery Times
(Delivery times are counted from the shipping date, not the order date)
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 5–12 business days
- Japan & South Korea: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- United Arab Emirates & Saudi Arabia: 8–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Rates are fixed for our small jewelry items.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes (such as GST, VAT, or consumption tax), and clearance fees that may apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.
